You can shop with confidence, knowing that we take your privacy seriously and that the packaging will reveal nothing about the contents. Shipping is discreet and will not have “Playfulsextoy” or any other adult company name visible. All orders are dispatched in plain brown boxes or padded envelopes, free of markings except for the shipping label.

All orders have tracked shipping. Your tracking code will be shown in your order despatch email.
Refund policy
At Playfulsextoy, we want you to have the best shopping experience possible. To help you make an informed decision, we provide detailed product descriptions, measurements, and photos. Please read the product descriptions and specifications carefully before making a purchase, and please contact us at support@playfulsextoy.com for more information about any product.
For Cancel
To cancel and return your merchandise, please contact Playfulsextoy at support@playfulsextoy.com within 24 hours of your purchase for a free cancellation. It will take 5-7 business days to receive your refund, depending on your bank’s transfer process.
For Return
Once 24 hours have passed, your purchase has been processed and is already being shipped.
If you still want to return your purchase, you have to wait for it to be shipped to you and then ship it back to us after you have received the package. Click here to print and fill out the return request form, mail your unopened merchandise back to us and add a 15% restock fee to the payment of your return request.
Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for us to receive and process your return. If you have a question at any time regarding the status of your return, you can request an update at support@playfulsextoy.com.
Please note:
- We cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened or used.
- All products are covered under 1-year Warranty.
- Shipping fee will be paid by customers and deducted from the total refund amount for the orders already fulfilled where the return request was filed 24 hours after purchase.
- Pre-authorization and return request form is required for all returns.
All final sale discount items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
Defective Products: We offer a 1-year warranty for our products for exchange or replacement, contact our customer service to learn more about how to troubleshoot any issues, please make sure to offer your order ID and we will assist you as soon as possible.
